They messed up my payment method that caused inactive policy though I provided the correct card and almost cause my license to get suspended. This is the SECOND time they cancel my policy without notice. Specially in a time where I needed to get my car towed. I found out through the customer service when placing a request for service that I did not have an active policy. She’s unprofessional and does not know what she’s doing. I would not recommend her. It’s been a nightmare! Looking at her reviews on YELP, I noticed that this mishandling of payment and cancellation has happened to someone else too."
